Historical Roadmap
2020 marks the year of the company's establishment in the Republic of Kazakhstan. AKM SUPPLY & SERVICES LLP is a 100% locally-owned organization.
A contract for diagnostic, repair, and commissioning services for gas turbine generators, compressors, pump stations, gearboxes, gas booster compressors, pumps, and troubleshooting of the GT Mark-5 and Hitachi H-25 control systems at the largest thermal power plant in the West Kazakhstan region.
A contract with Ural Oil & Gas for reservoir water analysis services, including the determination of density, salinity, pH, salt composition, water type (according to Sulin's classification), water ions, mechanical impurities, total mineralization, and dry residue.
A contract with the largest thermal power plant in the West Kazakhstan region for borescope inspection of the Hitachi-25 and cleaning of the Hitachi gas turbine compressor, resulting in a 10% efficiency increase.
Provision of qualified personnel for the overhaul of GE Frame5 turbines and Nuovo Pignone BCL301 compressors for the joint consortium between Baker Hughes and LLP "AtyrauEnergoRemont" (scheduled preventive maintenance at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating b.v., GP2 plant).
Overhaul of Turbine Generator No. 3, Maintenance of Turbine Generator PT-8-35/10, Head No. 7530 at the thermal power plant in the West Kazakhstan region.
LLP "AKM SUPPLY & SERVICES" has installed, configured, and commissioned:
- Instrumentation and control systems (ICS) and expansion of electrical systems at the Atyrau Oil Refinery (ANPZ);
- ICS and expansion of the Tengiz field workers' settlement in partnership with Sicim;
- Electrical systems and part of ICS at the Chinarovsky field;
- GP2 preventive maintenance project in partnership with Inzhtechservice.
